The GAAPP Summit will be held in person in Vienna, Austria, on September 5th and 6th of 2024. For those of you, who will not join us in-person, online registrations are still open!
For all attendees, we provide translations in different languages. In order to make your experience with our Summit as smooth as possible, here are some helpful tips:
Those who will attend the Summit in person, please bring your headphones and a phone or a tablet.
If you have an IPhone, you have to have your sound option turned on.
When the speaker speaks in your preferred language, we advise to remove the headphones, in order to hear the original speaker.

Hotel and Travel information:
Hotel: Flemings Hotel Wien – Stadthalle, Neubaugürtel 26-28, 1070 Wien.
Check-in: 4 September after 14:00 (check with the hotel if you arrive earlier to see if you can enter before that time).
Check-out: 7 September before 12:00
Airport Transportation: Public transport (train to city center and then metro) is the most convenient, fast and affordable way to get to the hotel and it cost less than 6 euros. Taxis are very costly in Austria. All transportation is covered within the GAAPP travel grant, we cannot reimburse any additional expenses outside of the grant unless they are expenses associated with the cost of travel insurance or transportation of the oxygen machine etc. These expenses must be approved with GAAPP in advance. Please note that the weather in Vienna will be quite hot, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 33°C. However, the Hotel is air conditioned, so keep that in mind.
