Fundacja Alabaster (Poland)
Fundacja Alabaster, it´s a patient advocacy group based in Poland. They provide educational materials, conferences, meetings, a support line, and workshops for adults, childrens, health care professionals and medical and psychology students. They work with asthma, allergy, eczema, food allergy and urticaria.
Their most recent project its the support line Halo! Atopy. They also have programs for young people and for parents of children in the form of regular online meetings with specialists in various fields touching the daily life of a person with skin disease. They also conduct a series of stationary workshops for AD day covering issues relating to the psyche of the chronically ill person.
