We are thrilled to invite you to participate in one of our upcoming member organization patient advocacy summits dedicated to shaping our community’s 2030 Roadmap for Change. 

Please register for the summit in the disease area you primarily work— respiratory or skin. 

These events offer a unique opportunity to deepen your patient advocacy understanding and skills; strengthen engagement with policymakers, governmental institutions, and experts; collaborate with like-minded peers; and connect with industry partners committed to driving impactful, lasting improvements in patients’ quality of life worldwide. Together, we aim to achieve gold-standard care for chronic diseases and create meaningful, sustainable change. 

How to register:

Please choose one of the summits below to register. We understand that many work in both respiratory and skin; however, attendance at both is not possible. Therefore, we kindly ask you to select the summit that best aligns with your organization’s primary disease focus.

Respiratory Patient Advocacy Summit

📅 March 28–29, 2025
📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands

Led by experts from Patvocates, this summit will focus on advocacy strategies for respiratory health, including how to effectively engage stakeholders and measure success in driving policy change.

Skin Disease Patient Advocacy Summit

📅 April 23–24, 2025
📍 Prague, Czech Republic

In partnership with GlobalSkin, this summit will focus on advancing advocacy efforts for skin health under the guidance of Neil Bertelsen, helping participants create actionable roadmaps for impactful engagement.

Important notes and deadlines:

  • Attendance: One representative per organization may attend one of these two events, based on which disease area is a priority in your organization.
  • Travel Arrangements: GAAPP will cover all travel and hotel expenses for the event. Travel and hotel will be organized by an agency, that will contact you after your registration for further details.
  • RSVP Deadline: Please confirm your attendance by no later than January 31, 2025.

Next steps after registration:

Once you have registered, our team will contact you by February 15 to confirm whether your registration was successful. If accepted, we will provide further details regarding travel and accommodation arrangements, which will be coordinated by the GAAPP team.

While we aim to accommodate as many representatives as possible, the limited number of spots requires GAAPP to prioritize regional balance. This ensures fair representation of all major regions and promotes diversity across countries, showcasing a broad spectrum of geographical and socio-economic perspectives.
