GAAPP Publications
GAAPP has co-authored multiple-recent peer-reviewed publications. Please visit our website to check those publications and also access the latest guidelines from GINA, GOLD, EADV, AAI, and EAACI.
A recent Publication co-authored by our CSO highlights common features in age-related diseases: COPD, bronchiectasis, abdominal aortic aneurysm, and rheumatoid arthritis.
In this newsletter we invite you to seize numerous opportunities to get involved, ensuring patient and caregiver voices are heard and valued throughout global collaborative endeavors.
The CAAT™ Governance Board resolved to rename CAT ™ ( the COPD Assessment Test) to CAAT™ representing its application in chronic airways conditions beyond COPD. The CAAT website (https://gaapp.org/caat-cat/) includes a revised User Guide and Implementation Guide for CAAT users. Sponsors of new studies are encouraged to use the CAAT but existing studies/systems should continue to use the CAT during the transition period before Regulatory agencies are informed.
We are grateful to Phyliss DiLorenzo a COPD patient advocate describing her experience using the CAT to manage her health. Check our her story here.
