From the President’s Desk
Happy 2023! Your GAAPP leadership is excited the new year & our bright future. We developed a 2030 Strategic Roadmap for growth to advance our mission which will be shared with you in more detail very soon.
Our vision is to create a world where patients with allergies, airways & atopic diseases live better. Our four mission pillars of awareness, education, advocacy & research will drive us forward as we support each member organization to the best of our ability. Projects like Speak Up for COPD, the International Respiratory Coalition, & a research project on healthcare provider and patient perceptions of Type II Inflammatory diseases will be essential to our success. Events like our annual scientific meeting, the Global Respiratory Summit & the International Collaborative Asthma Network young investigators meeting will provide ample opportunities for learning & networking by all.
We hope you will stay involved each & every month. Our ears are always open & we welcome your feedback on how we can best support your work. As your president, I vow to make 2023 our best year yet!

We request that you follow us there and share with your colleagues and community, so we can continue the engagement with your team and patient community. Follow us!
