Asociación Argentina de Pacientes con Asma (Argentina)

The Association raises awareness about the importance of asthma and its treatment for patients suffering from the disease. They also engage patients and families to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of asthma patients and their families and contribute to improving the quality of life. The organization collaborates with the medical and scientific community for the adequate development of the treatment of patients. They promote the organization’s objectives and plans/projects to relevant stakeholders (Ministry of Health, other policymakers, and professional healthcare organizations..) The organization advocates with national, provincial, and municipal governmental authorities on patient regulation and protection, access to medication, and other regulatory aspects. Also, they propose structures and forms of funding for educational, advertising, and medication access programs for asthma patients and promote products and services that contribute to the quality of life of asthma patients.
