Asociación Mexicana de Fibrosis Quística, A.C. (Mexican Association of CF) (Mexico)

Founded in 1982, its mission is to expand and improve the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis by advocating public policies for the application of expanded neonatal screening and bringing diagnostic centers to places where they do not exist, even when they have the haospital infrastructure to do so. They also work to promote the creation of care centers in places whee the diagnosis has been carried out, providing patients with access to forms of control and specialized treatment of the disease, improving their quality of life and life expectancy.

In education, they work to disseminate and increase knowledge about CF among parents, patients, physicians, health personnel, and the general public.
