APAD – Association of Asthma and Sport of Panama (Panama)

APAD (Asociación Panameña de Asma y Deportes) provides patients with care and awareness through good medical control and the practice of physical activity and sports, for better management of their asthma. They have a project on physical activities and sports in the community with children from 6 to 14 years old, where we teach them to breathe properly and also to practice regular physical activity, all activities are supervised by a doctor They also conduct virtual projects with talks and physical exercises to keep them active from home.
